I sweat a lot while having sex

In my 1st year relationship my bf had condoms whenever we got intimate. But now, after 2.5 year he doesn't buy them and when I ask him to buy condoms he always says that I should buy them because it's my choice to use condoms. My puppy is hurt!
I own a lab puppy he's is one month old. He came to me when he was 20 day old. Today he fell about two feet from my hands on the cement surface directly on the head or the mouth.
